First Session of 2026 Graduates’ Autumn Double-Selection Fair Successfully Held at Shenyang University of Chemical Technology

On October 16, the first session of the 2026 Graduates’ Autumn Double-Selection Fair of Shenyang University of Chemical Technology was held in the Gymnasium and Youth Home. More than 300 enterprises from 16 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) across the country participated in the fair. The recruitment positions covered all majors of the university, including chemical engineering, machinery, materials, information, computer science, economics and management, environment, and art, with a total demand for over 10,000 employees.

Niu Julong, Member of the University Party Committee Standing Committee and Secretary of the Disciplinary Inspection Commission, and Yu Sansan, Member of the University Party Committee Standing Committee and Vice President, successively went to the site to conduct in-depth exchanges with employers, understanding their talent needs. They also encouraged the job-seeking students on site to establish a correct view of employment and career selection, urging them to believe in themselves, show their strengths bravely, and actively strive for employment in their preferred enterprises.

This fair received strong support from human resources and social security departments of Jinzhou, Panjin, Anshan and other regions, which organized a group of local employers to participate. Meanwhile, Shenyang Women’s Federation arranged for a number of enterprises to set up a special recruitment area on site. It also invited career guidance experts to provide on-site resume preparation guidance for students and offer targeted assistance regarding the employment of female engineering students. This initiative was warmly welcomed by students and became a highlight of the fair.

The fair site was filled with a lively atmosphere and maintained good order. Graduates showed high enthusiasm for job hunting. The fair lasted for nearly 4 hours, with a total of over 30,000 resumes submitted on site, and more than 500 graduates reached preliminary employment intentions.
