Aiming at adapting to the needs of national and regional economic and social development for higher education personnel training in the new era, deepen the reform of education and teaching, and further promote the construction of "Double First-class", the University held a seminar on talent training program of 2021 in the morning of December 25. Vice President Jin Zhihao attended the meeting. Deputy Director, Yao Hui, from the Academic Affairs Office hosted the meeting.
Vice Director Yao Hui first introduced the progress of the revision of the 2021 undergraduate talent cultivation plan of our university.
Vice President Jin Zhihao delivered the spirit of Chen Baosheng( Minister of Ministry of Education)’s speech “General Plan for Deepening Educational Evaluation Reform in the New Era”(hereinafter referred to as “The General Plan”) at video and telephone conference. He then elaborated and emphasized the guiding ideology, background, key tasks, organization and implementation of The General Plan”.
Yu Sansan, Director of Academic Affairs Office delivered a report on “Instructions on the Talent Training Program of the 2021 Edition” afterwards, and elaborated “Guiding Opinions (discussion draft) on Making (revising) the 2021 version of the Undergraduate Professional Talent Training Program”, , from the perspective of background, guiding ideology, revising principles, revising requirements and revising characteristics.
All participants spoke actively during the meeting. Attendees addressed their opinions and suggestions respectively on the contents of the guidance, including the framework of the training program, the composition of the course system, the proportion of credit hours and the arrangement of practical teaching. After full discussion, the participants reached a consensus on the Guiding Opinions (discussion draft) on Making (revising) the 2021 version of the Undergraduate Professional Talent Training Program”.
