Our University and the Particle Sub Committee of National Standard Commission organized a Seminar on the Standard System Construction of Reaction Test Micro Fluidized Bed Method

On July 21, the particle Sub-technical Committee of The National Technical Committee on Particle Characterization and Separation and Sieve Standardization under the Standardization Administration of China (Hereinafter referred to as the Particle Sub-committee of the National Standard Committee of Standardization Administration of China) organized the seminar on the Construction of the standard System of reaction test Micro-fluidized bed method. The seminar was held in the form of video, organized by the secretariat of the National Standards Committee and the relevant research team of our school.

Based on the national standard GB/T 38432-2019 (GB/T 38432-2019) issued and implemented on March 1, 2020, the seminar discussed and further deepened the scientific and applied connotation of relevant methods, instruments and applications, and the significance, feasibility and promotion measures of the construction of the standard system of "Reaction test Micro-fluidized bed Method". More than 30 well-known scholars and experts in related fields from Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Harbin University of technology, Huazhong University of science and technology, Sichuan University, Chongqing University, Shandong University, Beijing University of science and technology, China University of Petroleum (Beijing), China University of mining and mining (Beijing), Yinchuan University, Xinjiang University, Shanxi Institute of Coal Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Yankuang Group Co. Ltd., and Beijing Kangpu Xiwei Technology Co. Ltd., Shandong Baichuan Tongchuang Energy Co. Ltd., Zhongke JieChuang Energy Technology Co. Ltd. and other units attended the meeting.

The introduction of the micro-fluidized bed method for reaction analysis and the acquisition of a series of results are of great significance for reaction test and dynamic analysis. It is a parallel technique and means with the thermogravimetric analysis method and the instrument, and expands to form the test method and instrument for the characteristics of reaction process. Currently, micro fluidized bed method in practical applications, the using condition of each unit, using conditions are different, the core of the instrument characteristics parameters and the use of key conditions do not unified, is not standard, thus may produce larger data deviation, is not conducive to the micro fluidized bed method and instrument in scientific research and practical application of popularization, so on the method and instrument such as the implementation of standardization is in urgent need of basic work, the construction of standardization system and standardized working group is a systematic work.
