Congratulations! Four Courses at SYUCT Selected as the Third Batch of National First-Class Undergraduate Courses

In line with the “Implementation Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Construction of First-Class Undergraduate Courses” and the “Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Carrying out the Identification of the Third Batch of National First-Class Undergraduate Courses”, the university organized the application, review, and recommendation of national first-class undergraduate courses. After teachers’ self-application, expert review by the university, multiple rounds of specialized guidance, and selection and recommendation by the Provincial Department of Education, 10 courses from our university participated in the selection by the Ministry of Education.

On August 21, the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education released the “Public Announcement on the Identification Results of the Third Batch of National First-Class Undergraduate Courses”. Four courses at our university were identified as national first-class undergraduate courses, including 2 blended (online-offline) first-class courses and 2 offline first-class courses. So far, our university has 8 national first-class undergraduate courses and 179 provincial first-class undergraduate courses (including 68 blended, 85 offline, 14 virtual simulation experimental teaching, 10 social practice, and 2 online first-class courses).
