On December 7, the second half of the 2025 International Chinese Language Test (HSK) concluded successfully at Siyuan Building, Shenyang University of Chemical Technology. To ensure the standardized and orderly conduct of the test, the School of International Education and the School of Foreign Languages collaborated closely and worked in synergy. Comprehensive plans were developed and implemented meticulously, covering all aspects from thorough inspections of the test center's hardware and software facilities, professional training for invigilators, detailed guidance for candidates throughout the entire process, to standardized arrangement of test venues and multi-channel promotion for registration. These measures provided a solid foundation for the smooth operation of the test.

This test session included four major components: HSK Level 4 computer-based and online tests, HSK Level 5 computer-based and online tests, as well as the intermediate and advanced levels of the HSKK (HSK Speaking Test), meeting the assessment needs of candidates with varying levels of Chinese proficiency. The participants not only included international students from our university, hailing from countries such as Turkmenistan, Russia, Belarus, Mongolia, and Vietnam, but also attracted international students from partner institutions like Inner Mongolia Minzu University and Shenyang Ligong University.

As an internationally recognized authoritative assessment system for Chinese language proficiency, the successful hosting of the HSK test holds significant importance for our university. As the only official HSK test center in the Tiexi District, the university not only provided a professional and fair platform for assessing Chinese language proficiency for its own and neighboring universities' international students, helping them accurately evaluate their language learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement, but also enhanced the university's visibility and influence in the field of international education through concrete actions. This has injected strong momentum into promoting the high-quality development of education for international students in China and deepening inter-university international exchanges and cooperation.
