A Notice on Organizing Listening and Watching the Opening Ceremony of the 19th National Congress of

Each general branch and direct branch of the CPC:

At 9:00 a.m. on October 18th, 2017, the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China will be held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. General Secretary Xi Jinping will report to the General Assembly on behalf of the 18th Central Committee. By then, the Central People's Broadcasting Station, China Central Television (CCTV), China Radio International, People's Daily, Xinhua Network, China Internet TV, China Network and other media will be broadcast live. In order to keep abreast of the facts of the meeting, according to the relevant requirements of the superior and the views of the school party committee, the work arrangements for the opening ceremony of listening and watching to the conference are as follows:

3. School leaders and all staff of official departments all gather in the academic report hall of the school departments.

4. Each general branch and direct branch of the CPC organize and coordinate the party members and students to watch .

5. School canteens and other public places unify playing the party's opening ceremony of the 19th National Congress and related news reports, and teachers and students watch it in an orderly manner.

III. Work Requirements:

1. Every unit must attach great importance to it, conscientiously do a good job of concentrative watching, and at the same time do a good job in propaganda work, to set off the climax of studying and understanding the spirit of the 19th National Party Congress.

2. All teachers and students of SYUCT are highly concerned about the 19th National Party Congress, listen to the conference live in real time, and combine the study of the 19^thNational Party Congress major tasks with personal learning and work.

3. The relevant departments must serve to facilitate teachers and students in the school to listen and watch the grand occasion of the conference.
