Sun Zesheng graduated from the Fine Chemicals Department in 1994. Now he is the general manager of Shenyang Chemical Co., Ltd. In 1994, he was selected as the general manager secretary, shortly after he joined the work. He keeps in mind the motto of "Study diligently, work hard in practice, develop reason and explore truth" which inherits the spirit of diligent and self-improvement of Shenyang University of Chemical Technology. From the secretary to the deputy director of business management, to the sales director, to the assistant general manager, to the vice president, to executive deputy general manager, he moved step by step, solidly. Until 2009, Sun Zesheng, a 38-year-old general manager, became the youngest leader in the history of Shenhua, a 78-year-old factory. Under his leadership, Shenhua’s sales revenue increased from 5 billion rmb in his initial period to 11.2 billion rmb in 2014, an over 2 times’ growth. The company has entered the top 500 most competitive enterprises in the country for five consecutive years, and has won the honor of “Liaoning Province Governor Quality Award”, “China Famous Brand” and “China Famous Brand”, achieving boosting development.
