In order to thoroughly implement the supply-side structural reforms in colleges and universities and to solidly promote the development of the school-industry alliance, the Liaoning Petrochemical Enterprise Alliance (hereinafter referred to as “the Alliance”) has established the Information Sharing Platform of Liaoning Provincial Petrochemical Industry School-Enterprise Alliance (http://www.syuct-aue.com) in accordance with the Provincial Education Department and the Provincial Working Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. After previous research and feedback from the alliance members, the platform was formally launched under the cooperation of Shenyang University of Chemical Technology and Northeast China Netcom.
On December 15, the Launching Ceremony of the Information Sharing Platform of the Alliance and Platform Development Seminar were held at Shenyang University of Chemical Technology. Leaders from over 30 relevant departments, like colleges, research institutes, enterprises, and media etc. attended the conference. The meeting was chaired by Zong Xuejun, director of the Alliance Office.
At the meeting, Vice President of SYUCT, Wang Ying, pointed out that the construction of information sharing platform is an important carrier for carrying out alliance work, and it is particularly prominent to promote the supply-side structural reform of colleges and universities, promote the deep cooperation and coordinated development between schools and enterprises, and upgrade the quality and level of the supply of talents and science and technology. She believes that the platform will provide favorable intellectual support for the development of the Liaoning petrochemical industry.
Subsequently, Vice President Wang Ying announced the formal launch of the Information Sharing Platform of the Liaoning Provincial Petrochemical Industry School-Enterprise Alliance.
The Director of the Alliance Office, Zong Xuejun, briefly introduced the on-line process and main features of the Information Sharing Platform of the Alliance. He Kan, the Information Department Minister of School-Enterprise Alliance, introduced the use of the platform.
Participants provided opinions and suggestions on the improvement of the various functional sections of the platform, the needs of enterprises and universities, operating model and future development.
