Sun Jingcheng, graduated from the 8539 class of organic chemistry in July 1989. He is currently the deputy general manager of Northeast Pharmaceutical Group and the party secretary and general manager of Sales Co., Ltd., member of the Communist Party of China, and senior engineer. In July 1989, because of his outstanding performance at school, he became a member of Northeast Pharmaceutical Group. Determined to make contributions to the society, he first chose the most basic job of the enterprise - the glucose production position. In the project of thousands of talents carried out in Shenyang, he was selected by the organization department of the municipal party committee to be sent to the People's Government of Liangshan Town, Xinmin City to work as the deputy mayor of science and technology. In 1998, he studied business administration at Dalian University of Technology and obtained a master's degree in business administration in 2000.
