Wang Fuxiang graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering in 1981 with a major in inorganic chemicals. He is currently the Chairman and General Manager of Shanghai Xinyang Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd., Boarder Director of Xinyang, Singapore, and Director of Xinyang Chemical. Earlier in 1982, he was assigned to the Liaoyang Advance Chemical Factory, working as a technician and assistant engineer. Three years later, he was transferred to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, and he has been working as an investigator at the county level, starting from the officers, deputy section chief to the section chief. In September 1992, he joined the Liaoyang Import and Export Corporation. After one year, he was promoted to the deputy director of the Liaoyang Metallurgical and Chemical Bureau and the general manager of the Chemical Import and Export Corporation. At the beginning of 1994, he came to Singapore and co-founded Singapore Xinyang, engaged in the hardware machinery trade business of the construction industry. In July 1999, he returned to China and founded Shanghai Xinyang Electronic Chemical Co., Ltd. (the predecessor of Shanghai Xinyang Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd.) with a registered capital of 210,000 US dollars.
