At 1:40 p.m.,Secretary Liu Kewu and the group came to the newly-built underground passage on Xuefu Road in front of the university to carefully check the construction of the passage and the surrounding environment. Kang Wei, Director of the Construction Department of our university, and the representatives of the construction party of the underground passage introduced the construction progress to Liu in detail. The construction began in September and was completed in less than 70 days. The channel is scientificly and reasonably designed, which is wide and bright. Water and electricity facilities embedded with the design, which is easy to maintain. The design such as shed roof also shows a strong artistry and contemporary feeling.
On behalf of the university, Secratary Wang Qiang expressed sincere gratitude to the government of Tiexi District for the construction of the Xuefu Road underground passage. He pointed out that the construction of the underground passage will really connect the teaching area with students' living area, solving the problems that the school has been troubled for many years. Tiexi Government's attitude truly embodies the soul of the Party and the Government, serving their people.

Li Yangang, Director of the Management Committee of the University science and technology park, introduced the decoration and construction of the university science and technology area as well as the construction of operation mechanism and the investment of enterprises to Liu. The university science and technology park covers a total area of 3,400 square meters, which is provided by the government of Tixi District free of charge for 10 years.
Secretary Liu introduced the construction and development of the four leading industries in Tiexi: advanced equipment manufacturing industry cluster, automobile and parts industry cluster, biopharmaceutical emerging industry cluster and industrial tourism industry cluster. In particular, we are carrying out in-depth cooperation with Beijing ZOL, building "one center, one park" with high standards, and to jointly build a ZOL innovation ecosystem. Secretary Wang Qiang said, under the support of vega district party committee government, we must closely around the industry layout, and study the ZOL national famous industrial area of advanced concepts and experience, which has the greatest project planning, innovation mechanism system, and building brands. Under the purpose of helping us and promoting the economic development of Shenyang, Liaoning,we aim to provide more and more intelligence and technology support.
